This was meant to be a picture of ~Rodwen-Eluthin, but I couldn't get a good reference picture. This best I had was what I could find on her band's MySpace page, so I tried to use that. So my apologies for any inaccuracies (she is much cuter than this).
I don't know how I really feel about this picture. I love it, but I can see all its flaws and how rushed it is. And look at the hair! I didn't even try! The painting style is so blunt and the colours are odd, but still they charm me. I don't know, I need some opinions on this work.

The colors and extreme tilt of the head are very emotive. I think, more than anything else, I feel your emotional connection to the subject in this piece. Even though (sorry) I didn't know who she is, I still find that this piece has very real artistic merit, even if complete likeness isn't part of it.

I really like how you used the colours, and how sharp it looks, it makes it interesting. *runs off hiding nose*

You're eyes are like a not-so-freeshly pickled green tree frog, so obviously they are way cooler (they're icy blue!).
And I don't think my painting has won...unless it was a competition.

I like it. The focus is really on the face, so id didnt even notice the hair until you pointed it out. ;D
